[info coming whenever!]
[[[[building upon the objective-based format of the Bomberman GB games, this boasts large levels and even branching paths, lifting cues from Super Bomberman 5. [[[the game was sold in two versions where you play as different characters, visit different stages, and rescue different charabon. by linking the two versions via link cable, you can gain access to content that has been unlocked in their save file, or something. [[[this game serves as the formal debut of the Charabon (after Pommy's debut in Baku Bomberman 2 two weeks prior), a lineup of quirky elemental monsters who can be found[[[ and battled against each other. [[[[between selling the game across two versions, and this arbitrary monster collecting and battling element, it's hard to escape the pokemon comparisons, even if the similarities are otherwise slim, playing out more like rock-paper-scissors than anything strategic. [[[[max is also introduced! cool guy mysterious man.

Shogakukan published a guidebook for this game.
